3. User Responsibilities

• Ensure phone numbers and contact information are current
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

4. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Emergency repairs
• Telecommunications or internet service provider failures

7. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Facility accounts are billed NET 30

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESIDENTCHECKIN.CO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ResidentCheckin.co from any claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service at any time with written notice. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be disabled
• Check-in calls will cease immediately
• Data will be retained per our Privacy Policy
• Outstanding fees remain due and payable

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or Service announcement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
